Workshop in collaboration with eTwinning Kosovo

INVITED project in collaboration with eTwinning Kosovo organized a workshop titled “You’re INVITED: Integrating Virtual Exchange Projects into Teacher Education in Kosovo”, aimed at pre-service teachers and teacher educators of universities across Kosovo. Nurjona Pinguri and Harriet Jeeves presented the INVITED project, discussed about the importance of virtual exchange (VE) in the early foreign language classroom, the importance of supporting pre-service teachers in leading their own VE projects during their studies, and the need to support the professional development of in-service teachers.

Participants also learned about the Teacher Education Module (TEM) developed by the INVITED project consortium – a dedicated course for pre-service and in-service teachers to learn about virtual exchange. The course will be launched soon; however, webinar participants were introduced to the different TEM modules and engaged in meaningful discussions about projects they could implement in their own contexts.

Looking forward to other fruitful collaborations in the future!
