VE training in Lisbon in collaboration with APPI

Annika Kolb, Kirsten Birsak de Jersey and Nurjona Pinguri from Freiburg University of Education, and Sandie Mourão from CETAPS, with the invitation of APPI (Associação Portuguesa de Professores de Inglês – The Portuguese Association of English Teachers) delivered a workshop on the power of virtual exchange in language education in June 2025 in Lisbon.

The workshop provided insights into the benefits of using virtual exchange in early years language education and practical tips on how to implement them. In the end, teachers created their own project ideas, and we are looking forward to seeing how those projects develop in the future.
